Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website www.sergiodeluz.com (hereinafter, the “Website”), owned by Sergio de Luz (hereinafter, the “Artist”), an artistic photographer based in Madrid dedicated to the creation of original contemporary art.

3- INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY

In the case of commissioned custom works, the moral rights in the work shall at all times remain with Sergio de Luz as the author.
